What we collect
Your name and email, and the answers you give when you sign up (your role, how many apps you have, what you want to do first, and optionally your company and how you heard about us) — we use these to understand who AppGrowly serves and to improve it. Also the apps, keywords and competitors you track; data from accounts you connect (for App Store Connect: app metadata, sales and analytics reports); and product analytics about how you use AppGrowly.
Website analytics
We count visits to appgrowly.com without cookies: the page, the site or campaign that sent you, your country (provided by our network provider, Cloudflare), and your device type and browser. We don't store IP addresses. Visitors are counted with a code that changes every day, so visits can't be linked across days, and raw visit records are deleted after about 13 months.
Public store data
AppGrowly collects public App Store data (search results, listings, reviews) once and shares it across customers. Reviews can contain reviewer nicknames; we use them only to analyse themes and delete them on request.
Connected accounts
App Store Connect keys are encrypted with a per-secret key, decrypted only inside our sync worker, never logged and never shown again. You can revoke a connection at any time; revoking deletes the stored key.
AI
Some features send your app metadata, keyword data or reviews to our AI provider to generate text. We do not allow your data to be used to train models. AI never produces the numbers in your reports.
Retention and deletion
We keep ranking and listing history for as long as your account exists. Connected-account data is deleted within 30 days of closing your account. Email us to delete your data sooner.
Subprocessors
Hosting and network (Cloudflare), database, email delivery (Resend or our SMTP provider), payments (Paddle, merchant of record) and AI (Anthropic). A current list is available on request.
