Billing questions
What do I get on the free trial?
Every new account gets 3 days of the Studio plan, no card needed. Afterwards it moves to Free (limited) unless you choose a plan.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in US dollars. Yearly plans cost ten months' price for twelve. Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, which adds any sales tax or VAT at checkout and sends your receipts.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from Settings. Switching plans is prorated. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then moves to Free (limited). Your data is kept.
